Kurt Burger is a veteran of the home building industry with over 25 years of experience.  Working his way up from Warranty Service Specialist to Division President of a leading national home builder, Kurt has spent the last 15 years with several Top 10 Public Builders in division leadership capacities.  One of his many responsibilities as Division President was overseeing land acquisition.  

“I view the land market from a home builder’s perspective,” says Kurt. “This is a benefit to builders, developers, and engineers in that I can relate to them as a result of my industry experience. I can help to determine needs and work to find ideal lots on the ground as well as future lots. I’m excited about this opportunity and all that it will bring to residential construction in the Triangle.”

He is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors^®, the NC Association of Realtors^® and the National Association of Realtors^®. Kurt is also a member of the Triangle Sales & Marketing Council (TSMC), an organization of the HBAs of Raleigh-Wake County and Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties.
