Gaye Burwell Orr, MIRM is president and partner of Coldwell Banker Advantage New Homes a full service new home sales and marketing company in Raleigh, NC. She has been working with builders and developers in the greater Raleigh area successfully marketing their new home communities for over 28 years. Gaye was the 2009 President of the Institute of Residential Marketing and  the 2006 chairman of the NAHB’s National Sales and Marketing Council.  She currently serves as a Trustee for the 50+ Council of NAHB and is the Vice Chair of the NAHB Education Committee.  

Gaye is a past Chairman of the Triangle Sales & Marketing Council, has served on the Executive Committee of the Raleigh-Wake Home Builders Association, and continues to serve on their Board of Directors as a National Director.  She has chaired numerous committees for the TSMC and HBA and is currently the Chair of Education Committee for the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County.
 
In addition to the MIRM designation, Gaye also holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designations. Gaye is an instructor for IRM and created the MIRM Aid Mentor Program to help candidates complete the case study requirement to achieve the MIRM designation.

Gary Rabon is a partner of Coldwell Banker Advantage New Homes. He is also Chief Executive Officer and stockholder of Coldwell Banker Advantage, a multi office Chairman Circle Residential Real Estate Company, along with being founder and managing partner of a multi office CPA Firm, Rabon & Dailey, LLP. 

Rabon says, "If you build it right, people will come, and everything else will take care of itself."  This is the core of Gary's business philosophy.

Gary has been a Certified Public Account since 1980 and a NC Real Estate Broker since 2003. He has served on numerous boards including Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, Triangle Multiple Listing Service, Realtor Foundation and North Carolina Association of Realtors.

Cary has lived in Raleigh since he was 5 years old and knows this market well. His family started in the real estate business in 1964, and he received his license in 1973. After working in general brokerage for 11 years, in 1989 he moved into the newly evolving arena of new home sales, where he became incredibly successful selling some of the Triangle’s premier neighborhoods.

Cary joins Coldwell Banker Advantage New Homes as the Vice President of Builder/Developer Relations. His focus will be working with our Lots4Sale division to pair the right builder with the right piece of dirt but in addition, he will be help set up the marketing efforts for the property. “This is a perfect fit,” says Cary. “I have worked with numerous builders and developers over the years and look forward to helping them survive and thrive during these times.”
 
He is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors®, the NC Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. Cary is also a member of the Triangle Sales & Marketing Council (TSMC), an organization of the HBAs of Raleigh-Wake County and Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties.
